The TOPGUN Association collects the following types of personal information: names, postal and e-mail addresses, military service history, phone numbers and billing information. The TOPGUN Association does not collect or maintain information from those actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of our Website is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.


How the TOPGUN Association May Use Personal Information Collected  

Unless you consent, the TOPGUN Association will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it was submitted such as to process billing for dues, membership fees, subscriptions, online purchases, or donations, and we will use such information to provide operational notices, record keeping and to perform such other tasks as necessary to executing the Mission of the TOPGUN Association. Our work may include: (1) the publication of aggregate demographical data; or (2) the publication of your name, callsign, and date of service in a membership directory of and for the TOPGUN Association, accessible only to members, staff, and volunteers of the TOPGUN Association.  Apart from the foregoing, your personal information is never sold or shared.


How Your Information May Be Shared

If you choose to become a member of the TOPGUN ASSOCIATION, complete our application form, and share your personally identifying information, this information will be used only to provide you with more targeted content and access to the member-services of the TOPGUN Association. We may use your contact information to send further information about our organization or to contact you when necessary. You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the “Opt Out” section below.


Opt-Out or Change Your Contact Information

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us. You may choose to receive only specific communications or none at all. You may also update your contact information previously provided to us by logging into your TOPGUN Association Website account and updating your profile.
